WE SHIP ONLY IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A.
OUR FREE DELIVERY POLICY:
Orders totaling $75 or more are delivered FREE to anywhere in the Continental USA (exept Alaska); $9.95 extra if less than $75. You can mix and match any coffees or teas in order to meet or exceed the Free Delivery minimum. Deliveries will be by UPS- Ground or by USPS Priority Mail, whichever is faster. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Orders sent to PO Boxes will be sent by USPS Priority Mail. My Coffee Gourmet does not ship orders outside of the Continental U.S.A. We can ship to Peurto Rico or Hawaii, however the cost of shipping is higher because it cannot be shipped by Ground delivery. Please email us and tell us what you wish to order, where it is being shipped to and we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with a quote on the total cost of your order for your approval.
How long will it take to prepare my coffee order for shipment?
Because we do not stockpile our coffee like our competitors do, you will receive the freshest coffee every single time. If ordering Whole Bean or Fresh Ground Coffee, it will typically take 3-5 to roast and ship your order. If there are holidays or other circumstances, it could delay shipment of your order by one or two days but you will be notified by email of this. Note: If you are ordering anything other than the fresh roasted gourmet coffee, most orders are shipped same or next business day. We do not want you to wait for your order any longer than neccesary!
APO Orders
My Coffee Gourmet is happy to support the men and women who serve their country by shipping to APO and FPO addresses. You pay only the regular $9.95 shipping charge for orders less than $74.99 or FREE for orders exceeding $75.00. Please note that this does not apply to orders of Fresh Roasted Gourmet Coffee, which is not available for shipment to Armed Forces addresses. For our service men or women, you can have your fresh roasted coffee shipped to a friend or relative in the USA and than have them pass it on by USPS. We regret for any inconvenience this may cause.
What will it cost me if I want my order shipped faster than ground?
It depends on the weight of your order and how far the shipment is going to go. Please email us at customerservice@mycoffeegourmet.com and tell us what you are intending to order, your name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number. Also include whether you want Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Air. We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours with a shipping quote.
To our International customers: We are only able to ship within the Continental U.S.A at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How long will it take for me to get my order by UPS Ground?
All of our orders except for Whole Bean and Fresh Ground Coffee are shipped from our Rock Rock Texas Distribution Center by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, whichever is faster.Whole Bean and Fresh Ground coffee is shipped direct from our roasting facility in Des Moines, Iowa by UPS Ground only. The map below shows the approximate shipping times for UPS Ground delivery. Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control that could delay the arrival of your order. We will contact you by email as soon as we are notified of any delay in your order. You will receive your UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Refund Policy
We here at My Coffee Gourmet are confident that you will love your purchase. We are so confident that we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, send an email to refunds@mycoffeegourmet.com and let us know. We will answer you within 24 hours with instructions. You are responsible for cost of returning the product to our Round Rock,TX Distribution Center or Des Moines,IA roasting facility. Original Order Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Note: If you received Free Shipping on your order, the shipping charges that we incurred will be deducted from your refund amount.
Incorrect Orders or Shipping Addresses
You as the customer are responsible for ensuring the address provided for shipping is correct. Should you discover immediately that the address is wrong, please contact us at customerservice@mycoffeegourmet.com or 18664294224 and advise of the correct address. If the order has not been shipped, it can be changed free of charge.
However, if the order has already has been shipped, you could be charged a $10.00 re-ship fee in addition to the $9.95 shipping charge again to re-ship to the correct address. This will depend on whether the package can be intercepted by UPS on time and re-directed. You will be advised of this when you make contact with us regarding your order.
